Well, we all lived long enough to see Dan Slott leave Spider-Man

He’s moving on to Iron Man after a decade on Spidey

No announcement of the new team yet

Sucks to hear Stan Lee is a creep but also his entire career is built on taking credit for Kirby’s work so I was never exactly a fan

On top of that, Greg Capullo is maybe the most popular Marvel/DC artist right now? Top 3-5 for sure. And when he first came to DC to start Batman for New 52, he chose that over Wolverine and Avengers vs X-Men, which now looking back seems like a really big get for DC. He's been hinting at doing Swamp Thing or Wonder Woman post-Metal.

That looks really early '80s in the Bill Willingham way...the guy who did D&D stuff that I loved,

He has the same stomach shadow as this ghost ghoul guy by the gravestone.

It's actually a cool story I was just reading about.
Some of the "iconic monsters" of Dungeons & Dragons,
it turns out that they were based on dime store toys that Gary Gygax was using as miniatures in his little Proto-D&D games:

...which most internet nerdz kno by now,

But I just found out the other day ( 'Cause I can still surf web all day at work, just can't post anything now. )
that the black panthers with tentacles,
    which are called "Displacer Beasts"
    are also ripped off from:

...and in the tradition of TV's Star Trek,
