Great work Wilhelm.

Thank you. It was so fucking difficult to make it, but the whole plan was to get it out before the German election.
Plan was almost destroyed by:
1) I lost my job.
2) Then, when I finally got settled in at my new employment...my computer fucked up!1

So I had to rush to catch up and, it ends up pretty much a Motion Comic
but, hey...

It's funny, I sat down to work on it one night, it was seeming impossible to finish,
and I was looking for a video to play on my TV while I worked,
and the first thing I see is a thumbnail on youtube that said:




And I'm like, thank you for sending me this sign that I am doing your will, Lord Jesus.

Thank you. That was kind of depressing and seat-of-the-pants too
'cause I have very expensive audio monitors for mixing music, and they're expensive because they're so accurate.
So my recording of the music, through my "accurate monitors" sounds huge and powerful...the kettle drums, etc. - huge.

So I upload the first test video to watch it on my TV and make sure it's loud and the render was good...

and WTF? it sounded so wussy. The kick drum sounded like flicking a cereal box!

So before I have to go to bed, I pop the song into Audacity, add what seems to be like too much bass, and trim off some treble and boost the volume
then pop that into the cartoon in After Effects, again, and then wait for it to render, again, and then wait for it to upload, again, and then, had to get up for work, so...that's it.
I realized I could spend weeks trying to get it to sound as good as I wanted, so...nope.

So now I learned I have to learn how to specifically master music for youtube/videos.

I think this is the first time in all these years I've gotten to hear your music????

I would have never, ever thought to share it on 4chan, ever...never.
I hate promotion, I'm not on Twitter, I'm not on facebook, etc.
So, while my stuff will never get huge, still
it is depressing when you work so hard on something...if you end up getting like 18 views.

I was just hoping it would eventually get more views than my first cartoon
(which took months to reach 300 views)
and I felt certain it would not, because my first cartoon was about an already established youtuber with fans
so it was kind of built-in that he would promote it to his subscribers.

So, I uploaded it and had to go right to bed.
My alarm goes off, I wake up, I'm expecting it to have like 20 or 30 views
and I saw it had like 120 views
and I was like NO WAAY! Instantly, seemed worth it.

So I get ready for work
walk to work
punch in
check youtube
and it was up to 215 views?

Then, I went to get coffee
checked again
and it was at 294 views
I could not believe it.

So then I checked at 9am and it was at 354
Later, I wanted to check again, but I saw that it was only 9 minutes later
so I was like, "Dood. Stop being such a nerd. It already got more views than you expected and you're not doing this "for" views. It's only been 9 minutes. "

But, I couldn't help it, I checked, and it was at 397.
I was blown away.

By the time it got to 690 views, I was like, whoa...do you think...like...1 in 690 people are petty, vindictive, amoral, sociopathic Leftist Control Freaks?


Kind of a double-edged sword of a success though,
because, I don't want to make videos for money
and my other channel is going to be for trying to "change the world" by being persuasive to opposition.
This channel is for preaching-to-the-choir, self-expression
because, what I'm "doing it for"
is that I love youtube comment sections
since it is actually unsafe in this city, to express Anti-Left ideas, literally, physically unsafe
it makes me so happy just to meet people from around the world who agree.
So, I'm doing it for: The Comments
and while I loved getting so many views on, effectively, my 2nd video
I was disappointed to see not a lot of comments.

Still, thank you for single-handedly making the morning after I uploaded it, a fun experience.

You sound like an old automated voice, like almost not a real human being, and nothing like what I pictured you sounding like. It sounds like you're putting it on and that this is not how you naturally sound.
