For me it goes back to nolan not allowing wb to build off of his batman after he was finished. He had them over a barrel, used the clout he built and kept it as "his" triloty as opposed to yes these are my movies but the characters ive filmed can continue. Maybe wb could have been smarter and kept robin blake as batman and following the events of mos force bruce back into action but they already used that up for rises. Only so much unretiring even a superhero can do haha.

Not sure WB was even thinking expanded universe until after MOS.

However, I don't think Nolan would have been even interested in helming an entire universe.

If you like the Departed, you're a piece of shit with no real taste in movies.

I agree with this. Something is definitely wrong with whoever runs the Warner Bros DC branch. They are not combining ideas and working together, like the MCU. This will definitely confuse audiences and let Marvel lap them even more.

It's nowhere near as good as the original HK movie Infernal Affairs, but I liked it in it's own right.

    It's a pretty good movie.

Reading from io9 article about DC doesn't know what they are doing and one guy in the response section was like BvS will stand the test of time and be held in high regard.

He's not the first person I read that has ever said that.
